Ordering Made Easy!

 

As easy as 1, 2, 3

 

1)  CREATE A USER ACCOUNT 

In order to make a purchase, you must sign in and create User Account.  Click on "My Account" and enter the information requested.  Your company email address is your Login ID. 

 

Use the categories along the left toolbar to help you get started, or use the search feature along the top to search for key words. 

 

Or, click on the "Special/Order Event" tab located in the toolbar.  This will allow you to send information directly to our team so that we may help you research.  You will be contacted within 24 business hours.

 

2)  DECIDE ON THE ITEM YOU WISH TO PURCHASE

Click on any item to get item description, logo options, enlarged image etc.  Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click on "Add to Cart."  **If the item you wish to purchase has a decoration option, be sure to make the selection you desire.  The screen will now confirm Items added to your cart!  You may now either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.  Follow these same instructions to continue to add items to your cart. 

 

When you are ready to move to your cart, you may select either "Items added to your cart" or click on the "proceed to checkout" tab.  You will be asked to confirm your bill to and ship to information.   The default information you entered for your account will populate.  Should you desire to change the "Bill To" or "Ship To" for this particular order, you may do so here.  Once this is correct click on the "Continue" tab.

 

Select your Freight Method, In Hands Date and Payment Information.  You may choose expedited shipping if necessary to meet your requirements.

 

Enter any additional or special information you would like us to have about your order in the "Special Instructions" box.

 

Click on the "Confirm Order" box at the bottom of the page.

If information is missing, you will be redirected to this page and the missing information will be listed along the top of the page in Red letters.

3)  CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

Review all information you have provided and the items you are purchasing.  If you need to make changes, you may select "Edit Information" and make any necessary changes.  If your order is complete and accurate, select "Process Order."  You will be directed to a page thanking you for your order.  Please print a copy for your records.

 

It's as simple as that.  You will receive an order confirmation immediately via email.  This order confirmation will include the order # assigned to your order. 

 

Once you have placed an order on-line, your history will be stored.  Each time you sign on using your email address, you may view all previous orders by clicking on the "Order Status" tab.  If the order has shipped, tracking information will be included on the order history.
